Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any of these three reasons:
(1) you have received a wrong product,
(2) you have received a product that is not as described on the Site
(3) you have received a damaged product, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Terms and Conditions of RETURNS
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
• the online return form must be correctly completed and submitted to the Vendor within 3 days from the date of your receipt thereof;
• the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
• the products are returned in their original packaging;
• the Vendor must receive the product(s) within 7 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
• it is not possible to send an exchange request for one or more products that were purchased using a promotional code.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall exchange the returned purchased products. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
Non-returnable Products
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
2. Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
3. Items on sale.
4. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
5. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
6. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE or Lebanon].
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@everythink.me to receive a confirmation email for return. After receiving the confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the following address:

• UAE: Everythink LLC, Quiqup Delivery, 38 - 14B - Warehouse 1, Al Marabea St, Dubai, UAE
Terms and Conditions of REFUNDS
For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees):
1. If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
2. If your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
3. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.
After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), the refund procedure will start within 7 days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
