SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 
Everythink understands that getting your items on-time is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide our customers with the lowest flat shipping rates available.
All days referenced are working days (Monday - Friday). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
International orders on average take around 3-5 working days in transit time.

1) How can I track my order?
Whenever an order you placed through Everythink ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all the details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your Everythink Account, or used during the checkout process.

2) What shipping speeds are offered?

For users based in the UAE:
Everythink may have up to 3 local shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout. 
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.  
Next Day – You should place your order before 2pm Dubai time to receive it the next day;
Same Day – You should place your order before 12:30pm Dubai time to receive it the same day;
4 Hours – You should place your order anytime before 5pm Dubai time to receive it 4 hours later.

For users based in Lebanon:
Everythink may have up to 2 local shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout:
Same Day – Only applicable for orders to be delivered within Beirut area;
4-5 working days – Applicable for orders all over Lebanon.

3) What is covered in the FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping is ground shipping only within United Arab Emirates.

Domestic Shipping
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) for orders in United Arab Emirates and Lebanon and 3-5 business days for orders in the Rest of the World countries. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the customer. If there will be any delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally to the following countries:
GCC countries - Egypt – Jordan – India – Turkey – most of the European countries (including Netherlands) – North American countries 

SHIPPING RATES
The shipping rates depend on your order’s total weight and destination.
Total shipping cost, excluding customs/duties/taxes will be displayed on checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Our website www.everythink.ae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If in doubt get in touch with us by email to info@everythink.me to let you know what might be the tariff at your destination.

DAMAGES
Our website www.everythink.ae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
